Miss Dior 2012 was very popular and it deserved the love. It’s not a BAD fragrance but it just shouldn’t have replaced 2012- the vibe is nowhere near the same. If the devil of Poison asserts her power, it is only a power of seduction, with the implication of a need to please. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy. This one is beautiful and I enjoy wearing it. It opens a bit more sharp and tart than other versions, with the pink pepper, lemon and blood orange right at the forefront. Since then and after a ridiculous number of versions later, I think I have found something I like almost as much (but not quite). I wanted to restock, but this is a completely different fragrance and I'm ultra disappointed. On my 2nd bottle, so I feel like my opinion about this is pretty well brewed. And I don’t even have the time or energy anymore to go start tracking down what year it was from, blah, blah, blah. I've never been able to smell this new reformulation. I love this! So unremarkable, except for the headache. It fills the room and stays on my skin for 12+ hours by passing the “overnight” test. At first it reminded me a little of Mon Guerlain but after wearing it now for a few days it's strongly reminding me of Flowerbomb EDP(which I also love) I'm happy I opened it, happy I like it and will certainly wear it.
